Unique feathery, fern-like leaves make Delfino coriander an attractive plant to grow as an edimental ( edible ornamental).
Milder in flavour than regular coriander, it is less polarising and the soap/ paint, stinkbug flavour is not there for non coriander lovers!
Less prone to bolting and outlasting regular coriander as the seasons warm, it is a wonderful cut and come again herb. Left to flower they make the daintiest white flowers beloved by the pollinators and the flowers and seeds are edible too. A must have herb in my garden.
Growing: Plant height 30- 40cm
Sow seeds year round except in the hottest months, Dec- Feb
