Pretty antho indigo and pink tiger striped tomatoes. The slightly flattened beefsteak fruits are medium to large. The more direct the sunlight, the more pronounced the antho intensity will be.

Very impressive production. It is a wonderful sweet, almost creamy tomato to have around all summer. Smooth on the palate. Perfect for roasting and fresh eating.

Cut them into wedges and roast them with herbs and olive oil, dress them with vinegar and spices and keep in a jar in the fridge for a week. Delicious added to snack meals, with breakfast eggs or quick mid week salads...or even alone on a slice of toasted sourdough bread.

Growing: Indeterminate, tall, needs staking.
