An unusually true yellow beefsteak with golden stripes radiating from the base. A reliable producer of medium to large fruits revealing a hint of pink at its heart when fully ripe. Producing over a long season, they offer little acidity, mild sweetness and buttery creaminess. This variety lends itself to light roasting or frying and the colour is a wonderful addition to salads.

Growing: Indeterminate, tall, needs staking.
